Teaching Personnel are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team, supporting secondary schools across Hastings. Your Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll:
* Support students in lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
* Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
* Provide encouragement and guidance to students of all abilities
* Contribute to the overall progress and wellbeing of pupils
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with children or young people (formal or informal)
* Is patient, caring, and motivated to help others succeed
* Has good communication and teamwork skills
* Can adapt quickly to different classrooms and needs
* Holds (or is willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS on the update service
