About the Role
This is a high‑volume Mortgage Advisor role supported by a dedicated call qualifier and two administrators. All lead qualification, appointment booking, and administration are handled for you, allowing you to focus entirely on advising clients, placing business, and increasing earnings.
This is a full‑time role worked over four days (35 hours), offering genuine work‑life balance without compromising income or career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide regulated mortgage advice to clients across a wide range of residential products
* Conduct fact‑finds and suitability assessments with pre‑qualified clients
* Recommend and arrange appropriate mortgage solutions in line with client needs
* Manage client relationships through to completion with full admin support
* Maintain high compliance standards and accurate advice records
* Work efficiently within a high‑volume, structured advisory environment
Package
* £35,000 basic salary
* 10% commission on completed business
* 4‑day working week (35 hours full time)
* High volume of warm, qualified leads provided
* Dedicated call qualifier and two administrators per Advisor
* No requirement to self‑generate business
Skills and Experience
* CeMAP qualified (or equivalent mortgage qualification)
* Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Consultant
* Ability to work confidently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
* Strong communication and client relationship skills
* Results‑driven mindset with a consultative sales approach
* Excellent attention to detail and compliance awareness
