Pay Rate: £ per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm)
Contract: Temporary
About the Role
Staffline is recruiting on behalf of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive for a Joiner to work within the DLO team supporting housing maintenance in the West Belfast area. This role focuses on work related to change of tenancy properties, ensuring homes are brought up to standard for new occupants.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out a range of joinery duties across residential properties
2. Fit kitchens, internal doors, and composite doors
3. Complete repairs and maintenance related to tenancy changeovers
4. Undertake general carpentry and joinery tasks as required
5. Work efficiently to meet deadlines and quality standards
6. Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
7. Use tools and equipment safely and in line with health & safety regulations
Candidate Requirements
8. NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery (essential)
9. 1-5 years' relevant experience
10. Valid CSR card
11. Good level of physical fitness
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
13. Strong work ethic and timekeeping
14. Basic IT skills desirable

15. Access NI Check: Basic clearance required
16. Holiday Entitlement: 23 days plus 12 public holidays
