Job Description:
Our client is an international manufacturing and materials processing organisation, with multiple sites across the UK. This position will focus on their manufacturing facilities in the South of England - Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire, and Sussex. You will be responsible for all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements across 5/6 manufacturing plants.
The role involves developing and implementing HSEQ processes and systems, engaging with stakeholders from operations and site leadership to production staff.

The focus will be on developing the company-wide HSEQ strategy, ensuring legislative compliance, and fostering a positive HSEQ culture through policy development and cultural change initiatives.
Key requirements of SHEQ Coordinator:
* Experience managing Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality strategies within heavy industrial manufacturing or engineering environments
* Ability to operate strategically and tactically, including supporting sites with RAMS and SOPs
* Strong H&S knowledge, supported by Nebosh or equivalent qualification
* Experience developing and improving management systems in line with ISO standards (OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, 14001, 9001)
* Experience creating and implementing improvement plans for H&S activities
* Multi-site experience is desirable but not essential
* Experience working in heavy industry or similar environments
