What you'll bring to the role:
* Experience in fleet sales or business-to-business sales, ideally within main car dealerships.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A track record of delivering strong, above-budget financial performance.
* Experience in team leadership roles, with a commitment to staff training and development.
* Oversee the corporate sales function, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing opportunities with existing accounts.
* Plan and manage sales activities to meet business objectives.
* Prepare sales forecasts and assist in financial planning and budgeting.
* Develop new corporate customer relationships through prospecting and marketing.
* Maintain customer records to facilitate prospecting and follow-up.
* Ensure compliance with company and manufacturer policies, standards, and procedures.
* Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
