Overview
TSA Surveying has been instructed to recruit several M&E Asset Surveyors to commence a large European survey programme comprising of several sites. The programme is due to start in December and will run through into the new year, covering various sites in Ireland and a site in Germany.
Role Summary
We are building a team of 6-8 M&E qualified individuals. The role involves carrying out room‑by‑room condition surveys, including verification and lifecycle assessment, using a tablet device with our in‑house software. All data will be collected on a tablet device utilising the consultant's own in‑house software.
Requirements
* Qualified M&E Asset Surveyors or individuals with prior background in MEP services for FM provider, consultancy, or building owner roles.
* Valid passport and willingness to drive throughout Europe.
* Role is outside of IR35.
