Job Title: SEMH Teacher Location: Dinnington (S25) Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time Are you a compassionate and resilient SEMH Teacher who is passionate about supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs? Schools in Dinnington (S25) and GSL Education are hiring a motivated Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) Teacher to deliver structured and supportive lessons. As a SEMH Teacher, you will work with pupils who may experience emotional or behavioural challenges that impact their learning. You will create a calm and supportive classroom environment, helping students build confidence, regulate emotions, and re-engage with education. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver structured lessons tailored to SEMH needs. Support pupils in developing emotional regulation and resilience. Implement positive behaviour management strategies. Adapt teaching approaches to support individual learning needs. Work collaboratively with SENCOs, pastoral staff, and support teams. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working with SEMH or additional needs pupils. Strong behaviour management and classroom control skills. A patient, empathetic, and resilient teaching approach. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
