Responsibilities:
1. Be driven to smash targets with your team.
2. Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
3. Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation, and stock control.
4. Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
5. Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
6. Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
