Location: Cardiff
Salary: £32,000 basic | OTE £40,000 (£6,000 bonus)
Hours: Monday to Friday (Shifts between 07:30 18:00)
Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and drivenParts Managerto lead the parts department. This is a key position within the business, responsible for managing a successful team while delivering excellent service to both internal departments and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the parts department
* Maintain stock control and ensure optimal inventory levels
* Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve targets
* Lead, develop, and motivate the parts team
* Work closely with service and sales departments
* Ensure compliance with company and manufacturer standards
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
* Previous experience as aParts ManagerorSenior Parts Advisor
* Automotive industry background is essential
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Commercially aware with a results-driven approach
* Good knowledge of dealership systems (DMS)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
