Compensation
Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 annually
What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee daily operations of a multifamily property
* Ensure compliance with tax credit regulations and reporting requirements
* Manage, coach, and support a small team of office and maintenance staff
* Provide excellent service to tenants and prospective residents
* Handle maintenance concerns and vendor coordination
* Drive occupancy, retention, and financial goals when the property transitions to conventional housing
* Engage in marketing and community networking to strengthen visibility
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Be able to do the job as described
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience with tax credit/compliance properties
* Property management background
* Marketing knowledge and ability to build community connections
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; OneSite software experience preferred
