A Professional Sports Club in the North West is embarking on an exciting club transformation journey, including major investment in facilities and the matchday experience. As part of this growth, we are looking for a Head of Hospitality to lead and develop the club’s hospitality operations.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
* Lead all matchday hospitality operations across lounges, boxes, and premium seating.
* Develop and implement a hospitality strategy that drives commercial growth and enhances customer experience.
* Oversee non-matchday events to maximise revenue opportunities.
* Manage, inspire, and develop the hospitality team, setting high service standards.
* Control budgets, forecasting, and supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
* Play a key role in the club’s transformation projects, contributing to the design and delivery of new hospitality facilities.
About You
* Experienced in a Head of Hospitality role, or a Senior Hospitality Manager ready to step up.
* Strong background in sports, stadium, events, or premium hospitality environments.
* A proven leader with the ability to motivate teams and deliver service excellence.
* Commercially minded, with a track record of growing hospitality revenues.
* Confident in managing senior stakeholders, sponsors, and partners.
