* Job Title: Contract Support Officer
* Location: London and Greater London area (multiple sites)
* Rate: £14.80 per hour
* Shifts: 16 shifts per month, varied days, nights & weekend
* Hours: Approx. 42 hours per week
* Start times: various as required
Scope
Unitrust is looking for reliable Contract Support Officers to deliver security duties predominantly at prestigious sites in the Holborn Area and across multiple London sites. The role involves access control, customer service, fire evacuations, meeting and greeting, standing, patrolling and health & safety. You will work independently and occasionally in single-person teams, enjoying the flexibility of varied locations.
Essential Skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and personable manner.
* Exceptional customer service abilities, with a strong focus on outstanding experiences.
* Reliability, trustworthiness and punctuality in all responsibilities.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Physically able to perform all duties associated with the role.
* Computer confident, proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
* Valid SIA licence.
* First Aid at Work qualification.
Desirable Skills
* Previous security experience.
* Exposure to relevant Protective Security or Counter Terrorism Advice.
* Prior experience in the security industry and/or hospitality or corporate sectors.
* Familiarity with technologies used to detect security threats.
* Enhanced communication, listening and customer service skills or willingness to develop further.

Requirements
* Under the BS7858 standard, we are required to check your work history for the past 5 years. Before applying, please consider if you would meet this requirement.
* Security Guarding or Door Supervisor SIA Licence to work within our business.
* Member of Living Wage Foundation (99% of clients pay Living Wage or above).
