Receptionist - Facility Coordinator

Up to £43,000 + Overtime + benefits depending on experience
For our client, a prestigious international financial organisation based in Mayfair, we are looking for a receptionist with facility management experience. This international organisation is international is looking for a candidate with a professional and can do attitude. Excellent communication skills a must.
Main Duties
Reception
* Handling meeting room schedule, inform building security about guest visiting and picking them from building reception when they arrive
* Arranging meeting rooms, organising refreshments, breakfast and lunch as and when required
* Handling telephone calls, in an efficient and helpful manner, taking messages and passing to them on
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail (post and courier)
Facility Management
* Dealing with contractors (cleaning, maintenance, building security, fruit provider, lunch providers, plant provider, business card provider…)
* Ensure stationery and kitchen supplies are available
* Management of meeting room booking system
* Visitor booking using building management system
* Raising and following up on work orders with vendors
5 days/week in office - 8am-5pm
