Responsibilities
* Reflect a credible and professional brand image to all internal and external consumers at all times.
* Maximise sales through selling, providing excellent service and retail standards.
* Contribute to efficiencies by adhering to store, brand, and company procedures and guidelines.
* Understand daily and weekly sales targets.
* Maintain awareness of all additional sales avenues such as eventing, omni‑channel, and digital channels.
* Stay up‑to‑date with competitor activities and missed opportunities.
* Leverage social media to drive business, protect, and enhance the brand image.
* Deliver the brand strategy by implementing an effective local plan.
* Plan and implement local marketing and event initiatives aligned to retailer activity.
* Deliver excellence in service execution, continuously improving service levels to achieve zero consumer complaints and a surprise‑and‑delight culture.
* Serve as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring brand values are represented and brought to life.
* Handle all refunds and complaints in line with company guidelines, consulting the area manager when appropriate.
* Use digital tools to keep product knowledge up‑to‑date.
* Deliver a consumer recruitment and retention strategy to grow a loyal customer base.
* Develop up‑to‑date product knowledge to deliver an industry‑leading experience meeting consumer needs.
* Plan to ensure the delivery of excellent standards at all times (product, housekeeping, displays, messaging, pricing).
* Conduct daily review of retail standards, ensuring they meet required levels.
* Ensure deliveries, stock movements, and associated administration are completed within agreed company timeframes.
* Action auditable processes and administration per company guidelines, correcting highlighted risk areas.
* Fulfil all information requests accurately within deadlines.
* Minimise stock loss by correctly implementing company security policies and procedures.
* Create and maintain a safe working environment for consumers, adhering to company and retailer policies.
* Ensure all health and safety responsibilities and operational activities achieve at least an ‘Acceptable’ grading during audits.
Commercial Responsibilities
* Manage daily replenishment, taking appropriate action when necessary.
* Maximise sales performance by utilising all commercial reports before making decisions.
* Plan and deliver visual merchandising layout, ensuring it meets guidelines and timeframes.
* Identify stock package issues and take corrective action, informing the area manager when out of direct control.
* Manage all promotions and discounts in line with company guidelines.
* Identify trends and suggest enhancements to product performance.
Qualifications
* Experience in a fast‑paced retail and/or consumer‑facing environment.
* A clear ability to drive self‑development.
* Commercial understanding and awareness of the industry.
* Effective communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.
