Job Description: Senior Support Worker

Salary: £12.74 per hour (£26,499.20 per annum)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Service: Essential Care and Support Limited

We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Essential Care and Support Limited - Clark House, based in Murton.

Essential Care and Support is a part of the National Care Group and is a dedicated specialist in providing person-centred care across supported living, outreach, and day services. We support individuals with a range of needs including Mental Health, Dementia, Physical Disabilities, and Elderly care. If you want to make a difference every day, then this may be the job for you.

The Senior Support Worker Role:

As a Senior Support Worker, your role will be to assist senior management in assessing support needs and working with individuals to improve service quality. The key qualities include respect, empathy, kindness, friendliness, and honesty.

Ideal Candidate:

* Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
* Minimum Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
* Ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
