We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team on a 9-12 month maternity cover contract. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a broad range of administrative, accounts, and HR responsibilities.

A full handover and training period will be provided, and while this is a fixed-term role, there may be opportunities for continued employment within the company beyond the contract period.

Key areas you'll work across:

* Payroll, invoicing & reporting
* Office & fleet management
* HR, admin & recruitment
* Supporting internal systems & compliance (ISO)
* Experience with Sage 50 Accounts, BrightPay, Smart Pension, and MS Teams
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Experience in ISO audit preparation
