What You’ll Be Doing
* Maintain IT hardware, software, OS, and applications independently
* Administer Windows and Linux servers, VMware, and O365 environments
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide Tier 3 support
* Design and manage application interfaces, dependencies, and system permissions
* Develop and maintain network and platform documentation
* Lead software/hardware upgrades and configuration efforts
* Mentor lower-level IT staff and provide guidance on technical issues
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* 5+ years of related experience
* Comprehensive knowledge of VMware virtualization technology
* Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise storage
* Knowledge of cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
* Strong problem-solving skills for complex multi-platform issues
