The Role This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality banking and finance transactions, acting for major UK and international banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers. Youll advise on acquisition finance, real estate finance, corporate lending, and leveraged finance matters, supporting complex deals across multiple sectors. Working closely with senior lawyers across the UK, youll enjoy exposure to national and cross-border transactions and play a key role in developing relationships with both clients and intermediaries.
