We're looking for an organised and analytical F&B Controller to join our team at The Island Quarter in Nottingham. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our food and beverage operations, managing stock control, tracking invoices, and providing vital reporting on sales, costs, and purchasing patterns. You'll work closely with our culinary and bar teams, helping maintain recipes and costings whilst ensuring smooth inventory management from supplier to kitchen. You'll need previous experience in a similar environment, strong Excel skills, and a good understanding of food and beverage operations. This hybrid role offers flexibility between home-based work and on-site presence, perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, enjoys working with numbers, and thrives on keeping operations running efficiently.
