We’re the UK fire family’s charity, providing timely clinical care and wellbeing support to members of the UK’s fire services and their families, helping them to adapt to physical, emotional and social challenges to adapt to conditions, injuries and illness and to transition to life after service. We are expanding our Physical Services Team to further meet the needs of our service users, and are pleased to be offering a hybrid working Physiotherapist role at our Marine Court centre.
About the Role
You will be part of a multi professional team of clinicians working collaboratively to meet an individual’s needs and help them reach their goals through a holistic approach. You will have access to state-of-the-art gym and rehabilitation equipment as well as innovative digital technology to deliver rehabilitation programmes through both one to one and group work, remotely and face to face. You will use your expertise to provide support through physiotherapy assessment, treatment and management both at our specialist rehabilitation centre and online through our digital platforms and apps. Working alongside our Psychological Services team you will provide the relevant and required input to meet each service users' individual needs.

Responsibilities
* Provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment and management.
* Work collaboratively with a multi professional team.
* Deliver rehabilitation programmes through one to one and group work.
* Utilize state-of-the-art gym and rehabilitation equipment.
* Support service users through digital platforms and apps.
* Contribute to ongoing service development.
Qualifications
* BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy or an alternative appropriate qualification in physiotherapy.
* Chartered Physiotherapist, registered with the HCPC and a Member of the CSP.
Required Skills
* Broad range of physiotherapy skills, including MSK.
* Enthusiastic, adaptable & resilient to change.
Preferred Skills
* Experience of supporting people with neurological, long term, mental health and complex conditions.
