This role will require you to be full time onsite in our Nottingham office location.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

In this role, you will take the lead in managing the daily operations of our Nottingham office, ensuring our facilities run smoothly, safely and to the highest standards. You will provide strong leadership to the facilities team, oversee compliance with statutory requirements, and maintain robust contractor relationships. By driving excellence in service delivery, you will create an environment that enables CGI professionals to deliver their best work.

You will also play a key role in fostering collaboration between stakeholders, contractors, and colleagues, ensuring our office remains a well-managed, secure and supportive space. Key responsibilities include:
•Lead & Innovate: Manage daily facilities operations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
•Develop & Deliver: Oversee planned preventative maintenance programmes and statutory compliance.
•Optimise & Automate: Manage compliance and reporting using CAFM (Ethos/Tabs) systems.
•Partner & Collaborate: Act as the key point of communication between clients, contractors and office members.
•Supervise & Support: Lead, mentor, and manage the facilities team, ensuring effective training and development.
•Ensure & Secure: Manage site security rotas and ensure 24/7 coverage across applicable locations.
•Plan & Manage: Oversee staff hours, annual leave and sickness in line with HR policies.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

To succeed, you should bring proven experience in office and facilities management within a professional environment, alongside strong leadership and people-management skills. You will be customer-focused, commercially aware, and capable of driving compliance, efficiency, and service excellence in a dynamic corporate setting.

Essential qualifications include:
•Solid experience in office/facilities management within a corporate environment.
•Strong leadership with proven ability to support, develop and mentor teams.
•Effective communication skills with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.
•Experience managing both soft and hard services contractors.
•Financial management capabilities, including budgeting and cost control.
•Proven ability to deliver customer-focused, high-quality facilities services.
