Due to continued growth and investment, they are now looking to add a Continuous Improvement Engineer to their expanding team.You will be responsible for analysing production processes, implementing lean manufacturing initiatives, and managing improvement projects across a busy manufacturing environment, specifically in the Welding division.This role would suit a Production Engineer or CI Engineer looking for a long-term role offering excellent development opportunities within a highly successful manufacturing business.The Role:
* Driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing projects
* Managing engineering projects from concept through to implementation
* Monday to Friday - Days
The Candidate:
* Engineering qualification or equivalent manufacturing experience
* Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Process Improvement
* Looking to progress within a large organisation
