we are looking for an organised and proactive Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a willingness to support a busy operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle and process incoming call enquiries, ensuring swift and professional responses
* Meeting and welcoming clients
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Carry out basic administration tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel
* Booking appointments, liaising with sales team.
What We're Looking For:
* Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Shifts Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm
Saturday 9am - 6pm
Sunday 10am - 4pm
Pay £13 per hour
