We are seeking a proactive and personable Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for prospective landlords and tenants, providing detailed information about properties and services
* Conduct property viewings and assist clients through the lettings process
* Negotiate offers between landlord and tenant to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
* Prepare and manage documentation related to property transactions, including tenancy agreements
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using organisational systems
* Develop and nurture relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all aspects of the lettings process run smoothly
* Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online platforms and social media
* Maintaining Regular Inspection Records
Qualifications
* Proven negotiation experience, demonstrating organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
* Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to support our diverse client base
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* A professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Previous experience in property management, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory; full training will be provided
* A valid driving licence is essential
