Job Mission
ASML is the world’s leading provider of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry, manufacturing complex machines that are critical to the production of integrated circuits or microchips. This position is for a Senior Electrical Engineer with an innovative attitude to work in Manufacturing Test Engineering. The candidate will collaborate with development engineers to implement comprehensive production tests that include high levels of performance verification and troubleshooting diagnostics.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop manufacturing specifications.
* Collaborate with Optical, Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Engineering teams to design Opto-Mechanical/Electrical Modules.
* Create assembly concepts and qualification tests for new products.
* Introduce new products into production within a “Concurrent Engineering” environment.
* Run image processing algorithms to extract nm-level flatness information from interferometer data.
* Develop MATLAB scripts to analyze and visualize data from databases.
* Support query code to analyze manufacturing data.
* Perform image analysis on data to derive conclusions.
* Develop production sequences and routings.
* Create manufacturing procedures and technical work instructions.
* Assist Production Assembly and Test Engineers with troubleshooting of Opto-Mechanical/Electrical Modules and Sub-Modules.
* Evaluate and disposition failed parts, proposing solutions.
* Review Failure Analysis Reports from suppliers and help validate root causes.
* Coordinate equipment calibration, maintenance, and procurement for analytical instruments used in manufacturing.
* Read optical, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
* Knowledge of Code-V and/or Zemax.
* Proficiency in MATLAB, LabVIEW, and Python.
