We are now moving from prototypes to weekly, production-grade releases, and we’re looking for a Delivery Engineering Manager who can drive execution discipline, lead sprints, coordinate releases, and ensure our engineering team ships reliably, every week.
This role sits at the centre of engineering, research, product, and customers.

Role Description
* Lead daily standups, weekly sprints, release planning, and retros.
* Establish a weekly release cycle with clear definitions of done.
* Break down research concepts into actionable engineering deliverables.
* Manage customer-facing meetings and prepare demo-ready builds.
* Coordinate across engineering, research, and product to ensure rapid execution.
* Introduce and maintain strong engineering workflows, documentation, testing, and QA.
* Hold teams accountable to timelines, quality, and production readiness.
* Turn a high-talent team into a high-velocity team.
Qualifications
* Experience in software delivery management, growing teams, technical program management, or engineering operations.
* Proven track record driving fast-paced engineering teams with real release cycles.
* Strong understanding of ML/AI development workflows (not hands-on coding, but literacy).
* Strong record of growing teams
* Experience leading customer or stakeholder meetings in technical environments.
* Clear, direct communication and strong organisational leadership.
* Passion for building real systems, not just concepts.
