The site houses 25,000 birds and has been fully modernised to provide excellent working conditions and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the farm, ensuring high standards of bird welfare, fertility, and biosecurity are maintained.
What matters most is a strong foundation in poultry husbandry, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to take ownership of the site.
