This is a full-time role, initially temporary for 2 - 3 months therefore you must be available immediately and able to commit to the full duration of the role. You will be responsible for providing a variety of administration duties across the departments, ensuring timescales and compliance standards are met. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Answering calls, taking messages and assisting with queries Booking medicals and assessments for employees depending on the level of role Sending confirmations Adding medical reports onto the system and keeping track of the expiry dates Other administration duties to ensure smooth running of the departmentKEY SKILLS: Strong attention to detail. Ability to work without constant supervision. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Prioritisation and organisation skills. Ability to multi-task. Good knowledge of operating IT systems i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large British nuclear project.
