You will have:
10. Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
11. The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
12. Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed
13. A drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
14. Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
