What you will be doing:
The Bid Manager supports the national pre-construction function within Integrated Solutions, the team leading our work across frameworks and the key sectors of Education, Health, Defence, Secure & Custodial, and Affordable Housing. Reporting to the National Bid Director, the role is responsible for leading the successful preparation and development of bids targeting success within Frameworks and strategic project tenders.
You Will:
* Review of tender information and determining the correct bid strategy with the business.
* Peer review tender responses.
* Submission of the documents in-line with identified deadlines.
* Coordinate between the regional offices for continuity of quality, relationships, design, and commercial output.
* Conduct reviews of previous submissions and document learning for implementation in future bids; and
production of information for future tenders including knowledge gathering exercises and completion of case studies.
Track our outputs against the competition in terms of quality scoring and commercial position.
About You:
