IT Recruitment & Resourcing Consultant
Leicestershire based
Full-time, with a minimum of 2 days / week working from our Market Harborough Office.
4C Strategies is one of the leading independent IT consultancies in the UK public sector. As part of our exciting growth plans, we are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment and Resourcing Consultant to grow our recruitment and resourcing offerings.
In this role you will have the opportunity to develop and manage the recruitment and resourcing side of our business with an initial focus on the recruitment of technical consultants for 4C Strategies and the management of our Associate consultants.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Strategic Planning
* Work with the 4C Management team to identify current and future recruitment and resourcing opportunities both internal and external
* Produce / implement a recruitment & resourcing strategy to align with 4Cs business objectives
* Provide monthly reports on progress and plans for the Recruitment & Resourcing workstream
Recruitment
1. Recruit technical consultants and other roles as required to expand the 4C team
2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job specification to offer
3. Work closely with the hiring managers and clients to develop clear and accurate job descriptions
