I'm currently looking for an administrative assistant / transaction coordinator to support my real estate business. Initially, I need someone who can assist with relisting properties, making updates and changes in the MLS, and entering new listings into the MLS.
As my business grows, I would also like to work with you on full transaction coordination from start to finish on an as-needed basis. Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in helping streamline and improve my operations as the business continues to scale.
The position pays $16 per hour. Please let me know if you're interested, and feel free to share your experience with MLS systems and transaction coordination.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
