Contracts Manager – Fire Stopping
We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead and deliver multiple fire stopping projects across live sites. You'll be responsible for programme management, quality, compliance, client liaison, and overseeing site teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing fire stopping contracts
NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (or working towards)OR NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Supervision
Strong knowledge of passive fire protection standards and compliance
Ability to manage multiple projects, site teams, and subcontractors
Package:
£55,000–£60,000+ salary (DOE)
