Job Title: Telecommunication Operators Engagement and Delivery Manager

Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead engagement and delivery management with UK Telecommunication Operators. You will play a critical role in the implementation of secure, compliant, and resilient communications data systems supporting law enforcement, intelligence services, and authorised users.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key Telecommunication Operators to drive delivery of operational capabilities.
* Provide programme oversight to ensure timely, effective implementation of communication data systems.
* Manage commercial processes with operators, ensuring oversight and assurance of technical delivery.
* Navigate and align delivery initiatives with national priorities, legal requirements, and strategic capability needs.
* Champion continuous improvement across delivery processes, collaboration models, and technical operations.
* Engage with stakeholders across government, industry, and delivery teams to support shared objectives.
* Ensure compliance with the Investigatory Powers Act and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Extensive experience (5–10 years) in stakeholder engagement, delivery management, or telecommunications operations.
* Demonstrated success working with Telecommunication Operators, law enforcement, and intelligence agencies.
* Strong understanding of telecoms operations and regulatory requirements.
* Proven ability to manage complex, sensitive projects in secure environments.
* Experience delivering secure, resilient solutions in regulated sectors.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across complex stakeholder landscapes.
Essential Qualifications
* Proven background working in high-security environments with telecommunication operators or intelligence services.
* In-depth understanding of the Investigatory Powers Act.
