Why This Company
A family-owned outsourced IT provider with over 20 years of stability, trust, and long-standing customer relationships. Their clients rely on them as an extension of their business — not just a support line. They keep their teams running, productive, and secure every single day.
Most of their customers are local, many of whom we've supported for over a decade, and they see us as part of their organisation. They treat them the same way.
The team is friendly, and highly experienced. They value teamwork, loyalty, and personal development. When you join them, you're not just filling a ticket queue — you're becoming part of a close-knit group where your ideas matter, your growth matters, and your work makes a real impact.
If you’re looking for a place with genuine job security, real variety, and a supportive environment where you can keep growing, this is it.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a varied role supporting more than 1,800 users across many different businesses. Around 70 percent of your work will be remote and office-based in Birkenhead, and the rest will involve occasional on-site visits.

· Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via phone, remote access, and occasional site visits
· Use RMM tools to monitor systems and carry out proactive maintenance
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
· Deploy and support Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Office 365, Hyper-V, and Active Directory
· Manage user accounts, permissions, and security within Microsoft 365
· Support customers with general IT queries and problem-solving
· Maintain accurate documentation for all client environments
Project Work You’ll Be Involved In
· Setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, and other hardware
· Installing routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
· Network installations including Cat6 cabling
· Assisting with office moves, server upgrades, and wider infrastructure projects
This role gives you experience across all areas of IT — security, infrastructure, installations, cloud, networking, and hands-on engineering.
What We’re Looking For
· Previous 1st/2nd line support experience, ideally within an MSP
· Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking fundamentals, and virtualisation
· A confident communicator who enjoys helping people
· Someone organised, proactive, and eager to keep learning
· Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a supportive team, not just a number.
What You’ll Get from Us
· Long-term job security with a stable 20+ year business
· A friendly, knowledgeable team who will help you develop
· Exposure to a huge range of technologies and customer environments
· Ongoing training and support
· Opportunities to improve your skill set and progress into more senior roles
· A team culture built on trust, respect, and collaboration
· Competitive salary and benefits
· A place where you genuinely matter and your work is appreciated
