Responsibilities
* Sort glasses deliveries and file paperwork.
* Conduct lab audit to ensure glasses meet specification.
* Manage clinic scheduling and customer first approach.
Qualifications
* Fast‑paced environment experience.
* Excellent admin and organisational skills.
* Face‑to‑face customer service with greeting customers.
* IT proficiency, including Office 365.
* Team worker, positive attitude, great communicator.
* Adaptable and eager to grow.
