Senior C# Developer Hybrid/Remote (UK-Based)
Are you a talented .NET Developer looking for an opportunity to work on innovative software solutions across the energy, education, and AI industries? Our client, an established software group, is expanding their team and seeking a motivated senior developer to help deliver cutting-edge applications for startups and global brands alike.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET MVC and C#
* Work with Postgres and Azure SQL to optimise database structures
* Develop serverless applications and scalable cloud-based solutions with Azure Functions
* Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, product managers, and senior engineers
* Participate in code reviews and write unit tests to ensure high standards
* Stay up-to-date with .NET trends and Azure services
Qualifications
* 5+ years experience in software development
* Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and C#
* Experience with Postgres and/or Azure SQL databases
* Some exposure to Azure Functions and cloud services
* Understanding of CI/CD processes (Azure DevOps preferred)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Experience with Azure App Services and Azure Service Bus
* Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
* Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
