Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

2. Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment

3. Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress

4. Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils

5. Promote positive behaviour and maintain high expectations

6. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers

7. Contribute to the wider life of the school community

Essential Requirements

8. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

9. Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school setting

10. Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum

11. Excellent classroom management skills

12. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

13. A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to teaching

Desirable (but not essential)

14. Experience teaching a specific key stage (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)

15. Subject leadership experience

16. Experience supporting pupils with SEND or EAL
