You will work closely with the Corporate Commercial team on a broad range of commercial matters, advising SME clients, entrepreneurs, and established businesses. Key Responsibilities Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Advising on shareholder agreements and partnership arrangements Assisting with business sales and acquisitions Providing general commercial and corporate advisory support Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting business development initiatives Candidate Requirements Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales 2 years’ PQE in commercial law Strong drafting and negotiation skills Commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to problem-solving Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively What's on offer?
