Early Help Practitioner – Childrens Services
Bedford Borough Council are currently seeking an Early Help Practitioner to join our team within Children’s Services.
Responsibilities
You will provide and coordinate structured support and intervention to help families overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.
Qualifications
* Experience of direct work with children, young people and their families within homes, schools and community settings – required
* Experience of working with teenagers – advantageous
* Eligibility for DBS: exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 when required
