Tasks and Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to faults in the installed MHE system.
* Prioritize system faults effectively.
* Complete relevant fault logs accurately.
* Assist with MHE equipment servicing according to Dematic standards outlined in the equipment manuals.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
* Maintain quality of output.
* Help in completing relevant service records.
* Assist in resolving equipment faults.
* Prepare written reports as needed.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Experience:
* Basic understanding of mechanically and electrically operated machinery.
* Previous experience working in a warehouse or production environment.
* Minimum literacy and numeracy standards.
