8:30am – 5:30pm
The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing within a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
* Supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
* Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress
* Assisting with planning activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Promoting safeguarding, health, and safety procedures at all times
* Supporting children with personal care routines where required
* Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical development
* Working effectively as part of a team to maintain high nursery standards
Requirements
* Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Childcare/Early Years
* Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
