Role Overview: Join the Group Lifecycle Engineering Capability Team working on EHM and data analysis technologies. Define future EHM and data analysis capabilities across tools, data, methods, and processes. Collaborate with teams across the business, universities, and platform providers to deliver capability work packages within the SATAA framework (Sense, Acquire, Transfer, Analyse, Act).

Responsibilities:
* Lead exploratory studies for new analytical methods.
* Represent Engineering in trials of new digital tools.
* Create strategy roadmaps and communicate with stakeholders.
* Evaluate business benefits of capability options and recommend actions.
* Lead capability improvement programs.
* Collaborate to advance EHM knowledge.
* Participate in the EHM Community of Practice.
* Disseminate new capabilities globally.
* Define and establish data management best practices.
Candidate Profile:
* Engineering or Numerical degree (or equivalent experience).
* Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
* Understanding of systems engineering and health monitoring systems.
* Knowledge of data analytics, preferably cloud-based.
* Understanding of Gas Turbine characteristics and failure modes is desirable but not essential.
* Proactive and autonomous work style.
