We are looking for someone sharp, curious, and hands-on to join our growing Tiger Modular team, someone who is excited by tech, good with systems, and keen to make a real impact.
This is a varied role that blends sales support, marketing coordination, and workflow automation. You will help us stay on top of leads, quoting, and content, but you will also help us get ready to scale by spotting manual tasks and finding smart ways to automate them.
You will be using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Microsoft 365, Gemini, Smartsheet, and WhatsApp to streamline work across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
You will lead the development of AI-powered assistants (think AI receptionists or project support bots) and help us test no-code tools/aps for things like site surveys, audits, and aftercare.

What you will be doing...
* Supporting sales leads, quoting, and pipeline follow-ups
* Helping schedule content, social media, and creative campaigns
* Building simple dashboards and performance trackers
* Creating basic automations and integrations across teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, Marketing)
* Setting up or experimenting with AI agents and automations
* Helping digitise field processes (site audits, project sign-offs, aftercare)
* Supporting internal communication and process improvements

* Glide, Softr, Jotform (for no-code apps)
