Role & Responsibilities
* Inspect and advise on construction, maintenance & refurbishment of buildings
* Acquisition surveys, condition reports, defect diagnosis & measured surveys
* Prepare reports and schedules of works
* Contract administration & design oversight to current standards
* Ensure compliance with CDM, Party Wall, Building Regs & planning
* Support APC candidates (if chartered)
Skills & Experience Required
* MRICS (or close to achieving)
* Experienced in both project management & professional services
* Strong defect diagnosis & report writing skills
* Insurance repair project experience (advantageous)
* Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
* Good understanding of regulations (CDM, Party Wall, Building Regs)
