You have A BSc Diploma or equivalent experience Experience gathering and translating business requirements Skill in mapping processes and spotting improvements Confidence engaging stakeholders and leading discussions The ability to use data to support analysis and decisions. The practical bits Youll work Monday to Friday Youll work core hours between 9 am and 5:30 pm with flexibility built in We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest from home Our anchor day is Thursday with a flexible second day Whats in it for you?
