A nurturing primary school in St Albans is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with behavioural, social, and emotional needs. You’ll help children develop confidence, self-regulation, and positive engagement in learning.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide targeted 1:1 and small group behaviour support
Implement and monitor individual behaviour plans
Collaborate with teaching staff, support staff, and parents
Track pupil progress and provide feedback
Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
We’re Looking For:
Experience in behaviour mentoring or similar roles
Patient, empathetic, and proactive
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Passionate about improving pupil outcomes
