The Company:

With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for a Buyer based in Bristol. This is an office based role.
Day to Day:
1. Responsible for buying and procurement of materials across the business
2. Liaising with internal teams and suppliers
3. Understanding the requirements of the business
4. Working across various contracts in maintenance and construction
5. Market analysis, QA and financial management
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
6. CIPS qualification or working towards
7. 2yrs + experience of procurement or buying
8. Working knowledge of procurement systems
9. Good sound knowledge of construction, ideally repairs and maintenance
10. Familiar with Public Sector contracts
