As Pretty Lavish grows, we are looking for a passionate, hardworking and humble individual to join us in this new role within the Operations & Logistics team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and gain visibility into the supply chain within an imperative part of the business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creating packing lists and commercial invoices for our wholesale partners to ensure goods enter the relevant country smoothly.
- Reviewing shipping documentation from suppliers to ensure it is within tolerance.
- Ordering our wholesale partners labels to ensure we are meeting the relevant compliance guidelines.
- Assist the Logistics Executive with moving goods from our international factories and shipping into our Wholesale partners like Selfridges & ASOS.
- Assisting the Logistics Exec with ASOS admin (Barcodes/ ASNs/ Chasing bookings/ DNs)
- Arranging DHL shipments for samples coming to and from HQ to the relevant international factories.
- Completing ASOS commercial invoices for in transit shipments.
- Raising 3PL purchase orders for inbound shipments to be receipted in.
- Updating Zedonk to reflect ex-factory dates for reporting.
- Ensuring commodity codes are correct and in line with government guidelines.
- Arranging ad-hoc stock collections and deliveries from the 3PL and Head office.
- Ad-hoc Operations & Logistics tasks for the wider business.
