What you’ll be doing: Develop and execute an innovative commercial strategy that aligns with company goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including sponsorship, advertising, and content licensing deals. Lead initiatives to grow revenue, optimise pricing, and partnership development. Secure production contracts, framework agreements, and long-term partnerships. Manage sponsorship integrations, branded content, and commercial deliverables within productions. Lead contract negotiations, including production budgets, margins, and commercial terms. Build strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, sponsors, broadcasters and media partners. Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to inform data-driven decisions. Requirements A proven commercial leader with experience in media, sports, and entertainment industries. Skilled at securing production deals, media partnerships, and sponsorship revenue. Experienced in developing and executing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth. A strategic thinker with a strong commercial and financial acumen. Exceptional at negotiation, relationship-building, and inspiring teams to achieve targets. Passionate about sports, with deep insight into audience behaviour and engagement.
